NM Stormtree, Travincal, Chaos Sanctuary, Fridgid WP (Eldritch and Shenk), Cows. Probably wouldn't hurt to throw Andy/Meph in there also.

Would you recommend nm over hell?

Hell Andariel is probably not too bad otherwise I would stick to NM for level 30 items. You could really just throw in any superuniques who are close to waypoints and/or easy to access.

How about gambling?

The best way to get lld items is to build a trustworthy name on jsp, gain access to a botter's items and sell for them while crafting lld and hld items using the materials on the botter's mules. Gain 50k+ fg in this way in no time at all (unless bad), and then trade on jsp for the items you want.

It beats MFing by far when you are looking at time:profit ratio.
