If you make 9-30 duels and it is chat bugged, do not post game, do not sit there and wait for duels, do not afk. Leave game, go and make yourself a coffee or sandwich, come back, and try again.

Nobody wants to duel in a chat bugged game! A chat bugged duel game isn't "good enough" by any means, even with a good map. It's called Diablo 2: Lord of Discussion for a reason.
