FYI going into this blind (before i read this post), I made a lvl 25 sin because of lvl 99 bos, and i bought a +1 bone spear wand from ormus in act 3. I Cloned that wand and 40 rolls later i got this:

didnt manage to get 10% along with a lvl 18 skill yet as a proof of concept

also incase you were wondering, i only got mechanics mod twice out of like 80-90 rolls and both were 1 socket.

So to get 10%, 3 bs and 2 sockets would probably take thousands of rolls. Lot of cool names though

LOL. I mean, if i had the time (which i don't), i could probably get Pluggy for single player so that i can have like 1000 craft mules that all share the same invent, then code up a python script to roll these and log the results.
Then based on results, i could calculate the probability of crafting something like this along with a subsequent materials cost.
Its a cool thought experiment for math nerds. But i just came back from a 5 week vacation and i have several major projects due for clients before December.

Crafting something with even 2 good automods and requiring 2-3 mods to spawn is subject to the same limitations more of less of imbuing an eth war scepter and getting a good result. 1 in many millions lol. cool in theory tho indeed

Yeah, i just wanted to get any lvl 18 skill and 10% to just completely confirm. Even that may take several full mule rolls lol

I understand the idea, but losing 1 pnb is huge on a low dmg rolling lvl 18 build
