honestly if u ban charge or make passive charge only a thing i see that working fine. if it works ok for 18 eu tours (passive only) it could work. allows v/ts to still foh kite or approach for smites, same for zealers.

I don't see completely banning charge working honestly. EU 18 rules allow charge without dmg aura, but that's not the issue, the zeal damage is I guess.

fury works without mobility skill because it has massive life even with circlet + 20x frw sc's

paladin with frw sc's (or even vigor) is just a joke, like 700 life tops

ppl on east rly wont understand the difference.
as someone who has perpuated more than his fair share of drama and understands how shit shows start in duel games, i can almost guarantee you that passive charge rule will come into play and have to be explained during almost every duel involving a paladin and will just make for an all around bad time.

i went for banning charge as a skill outright. the reason why is that this is a c-tier tourney meant to force ppl to play fun off the wall shit, and i dont think anyone who is gonna be playing this fun off the wall shit who voted for the c-tier tourney in the first place will be having fun playing vs something as basic as a din with charge/zeal or charge/smite. those r builds ppl use literally every single night in tvt and this event is meant to allow the less popular builds to shine and have their moment.

dont forget fury also has the option of running grim scythe robos with a ton of reach.

the problem is banning charge makes it so no one gonna wanna play a din over a fury, but not banning charge will promote 20 might 1 charge rest zeal builds that r annoyingly common and no fun for anyone playing the random fun actually c-tier chars to duel.

but i mean in all honesty, when u first came up with the idea u literally called it furies time to shine, and i dont see anyone wanting to play fury over basically the same character with far more maneuverability

banning all damage auras would solve the issue tbh

no might, conc, or fanat

no rep builds

1 pt charge

damage and ias tables get wrecked for zeal/smite

i wanna see something cool as hell win like cotas warcry baba or andys nova light sorc. or even trevs psn/fury zon.

and even more than wanting to see something cool win, i wanna see nothing but strange ass completely weird duels all throughout the tournament.

dins are just too fucking basic for an event of this coolness level imo.

Tbh banning charge means banning pallies

It will lose every single match up

If you ban dmg auras except elemental it wouldn’t be so bad specially if you left charge at a 1 point cap


And unless the pally is def it’s going to lose to a fury without Fanta
