I know you didn't ask but here are some price checks:
shield: eh , w/e, not that good maybe 1 fg as temp
belt: 1k+ fg, absolutely insane belt for lvl 13-14 duels, the stamina mod makes it a top tier item for ranged chars of that level since they have low vita
