Whats best place to shop or farm a 30/20 3soc tower shield?

Just got through each vendor in each difficulty and see which one spawns tower shield then shop from them lol

Nm act 4 vendor should iirc

dont use a tower shield, unless this is for a fury druid. literally every other build should use a kite or dragon shield for an artisans. or better yet just buy a 2 os rare grim shield with better stats.

no haha cant make that red tp in act 5. There's a red tp you can make in act 5 for like organ hunting or something lol
