Hi guys,

currently trying to build an 18 bowazon on ladder and have some design queries for you.

So i need to hit 22ias with a stagbow i think for 10fpa and 42 for 9fpa

i can either achieve this with

A ) Death Set - 3sox BP

B ) Bfists - Rare belt - Twitch

C ) 9fpa - Death Set + Twitch



Now my feeling is i could quite easily with Bfists / Twitch go vita build to benefit from twitch 's block.

45dex req for stag, 45dex req with a deflecting boneshield for max block with twitch. this would also present a weird place where Bfists, Twitch and 24fhr belt means a single 6max 12fhr gc gives me a 5 frame 86fhr bp which is pretty cool.

I would need to run 1 mana ring with angelics and then a 20frw circ.

Part of the reason im pulling away from 3sox bp is the lack of available jewels.

you will do ~300 max damage tops with twitch and vita build

ive always preferred deaths and BP. and 10 fpa is actually better imo due to mana issues with 18 zons.

generally lvl 30 zons have about half frw/max/ar scs and half max/ar/life scs. 18 zons had nearly a full inv of life/manas, mana is that important in this build.

also generally angelics and a zon dont match. 10 dex is ok, rep is ok, but ar isn't needed, and with low life DTM means death if/when u need it a lot of times. cant get the 75 life bonus or 1 skill unless u 3 pc with armor.

better to try and find 2x rings to get more mana and hold out for a life/mana/dtm/rep/res etc type ammy, but if u have to build now angelics will work ok.

as to BP jewels just run 15 maxers to start and then upgrade. and i dont suggest vita build.

I do something similar to this. I ran death set and 2os/40life BP with 2 Pskulls. Can put max dmg jewels in the BP as well.

mdr/fhr/life 2 os armor is a great option as well. bit less dmg, way more utility.

3 sock bp, deaths. Rare rings and ammy.
Get a pair of kb or amp javs (or a pair with both mods)

just started gambling on a 25 now ive completed my gf barb - wish me luck.

first 10 amu gambles i got a 1 ele 10fcr 40 life 5 energy 10%fr amu. \o/

ive picked up a decent set of eth/rep javs but no kb / amp so early ladder yet.

Running into some trouble with career jspers thinking its okay to massively overcharge for basic lld items too which is causing me some issues.

Edit: ive got a nice 18 mana ring and ive picked up 5* 6max/ar/frws also.

for early ladder 18 bowa plain 15 max jewels are fine

also javas don't always need big damage to be worth using

where is the balance where ed/dex is better than 15maxers in bp or circ for example?

one piece of gear needs ed
