Hey everyone,

Once the ladder resets I'm planning to change my lvl 30 hammerdin into a libby but I have a question about the fhr. Should I still aim for 86 or will 48 be ok?
The equipment I will be using is below

Weapon: 3 hammer 3 concentration honor divine scepter
Armour: Viper with p skull
Shield: Pally Spirit
Helm: 2 pc 20 fcr 2 Sox with 2 X 20ed str jwls
Gloves: Magifists
Belt: string of ears
Boots: tearhaunch
Amulet: 2pc 10fcr add
Ring #1: 10fcr add
Ring #2: Soj

With this setup I reach the 48fhr no but is it worth me using some charms to reach 86fhr?

Nn fhr, you have charge.

48fhr is fine.

I think your bigger issue will be mana. I would prefer frostburn and dual sojs and rock a 75fcr build.

Also for a libby dont bother with ed/stat jewels. Charge has more than enough ed. 2x 24maxers would have a much bigger impact on your damage. If you want to go a 75fcr build with him too you can swap a 2/20/2sox circ for a 2/80life/2sox circ as you only need spirit, viper and your amulet to have fcr.

100% agree with frank. ive never liked 125 build, frosties and dual sojs all day.

i even liked the jawn style libby with insight part on one side and dual spirits on the other. 70 fcr from those, 10 from ammy, and then u can rock w/e armor you want depending on matchup.

gives you an option to drop frosties for mages, grab vmagi and hit 125, or the option to drop vmagi if u dont need res/mdr and pick up sshroud for cbf, lifer armor for more dmg, or even peace.

but no shame if u want viper in all setups, its a great armor vs pretty much anything.

liberator overpowah. Cleansing bm.

Getting medi on divine is hard.

I like insight libbys but u need to be careful with no block.. Iguess u can find a 2nd scepter with something like medi/hs.

How about bh setup, is it only good if u have medi/bh/conc scepter?
