10% ias gloves and string of ears
basically if you want to be competitive you gotta get down with the 15% dr
gloves here are:
2 bow 10 ias
2 passive 10 ias
or 10% ias kb
If using a rare bow I like 2 bow better to lower mana cost, 2 passive if kb is bm on your realm (looking at you Euro), kb vs sorcs, got it? ty.

Str bug your boots.
Ashwood with -req jewel means you're rocking some light plated boots, or some sharkskin boots.
if you don't -req your bow use mesh boots or set natashas if you're poor
Fill your res holes here, get heal stamina, and some dex is cool
