in case some random person ever finds this thread - as the voice of sanity - those boots are absolute rubbish. The only use those base boots (i.e. light plated) have, is for a Neco and you would need 30FRW, and would want better resistances.

True and if you take a look at Sander's boots they have 15 stats and 40 frw so they are a good option for pvping

Never said there were the best or even that good I found them and sold them for 150fg so idc bout your input thanks
