Somebody I hate on HC made a LLD charger paly so I want to build something to fuck him hard.

I’d probably shoot for 2k+ life with a string of ears on and a belt full of Juvs. Should not be able to be 1 hit at that point

Don't use a shield, on hardcore you won't get any ears with a 1-handed setup, you have juvs and cant be 1-shot, don't worry about block. Go with a huge damage 2-handed weapon and full titan build.
