So, been looking into shock wave and from what I understand it is blockable.

Does this mean it scales off some type of attack rating? It doesn't show any ar...

It, like guided arrow, has no AR hit check, just a block check.

so 25% to block while running, 75% chance to block while standing still.

Mm ok ok, and this fhr 86fhr is standard from what I understand but what about 156/5bp? Too much or godly?

Also viper or stealth? Or some thing.....else?

Spirit weapon for sure, another one is there isnt a real way to increase wolfs dps/ias,right? (Other then fanta)

Also, even running this as support for tvt, like mb, can't you just wsg out?

99% fcr for the build is what I need from what I've read. I hope it'll be fun at the very least. Still testing out a few things, and wolfs seem to be a better choice (not an entire solution) vs wsg.

Is this a support shockwave and summons bear druid for tvt? Or like a mauler?

You can easily wsg out, but then you might take a hit from summons while switching to non shield side.
The problem with shockwave is the skill's range. It's really hard to catch people out with it during TVT.
Also, since zons and other builds use deaths, they can just life leech off of your summons because the pvp penatly doesnt apply to them. Windy's don't really have the same problem because they can make up for the weakness of their summons with the damage that tornado does when they stomp you.

Cadagan spent a very long time trying to optimize a summon druid with me in open battlenet. He definately had fun playing the build, but unfortunately it isnt very strong in the current 30 meta.
