Not worth anything cause eth items will be broken after you use up all the durability. This item will only last for act 1 and then the durability will be all gone

self healing is good, at least that's what my therapist tells me

The thing is, lvl 9 pvpers want a weapon doing similar damage as yours, but also have sacrifice charges on it. A war scepter is par for the course for vlld. And a war scepter is slightly faster
