So i'm trying to calculate the highest possible % ED on an eth rep Maiden javalin for under level 18.

Looking at arreat summit


I can see that the highest possible damage for Maiden Javelin would be 51-65% (ilvl 20)
Massive +51-65% Damage Weapons(20)


How is 87% ED possible?

uh.. because there are also ed/ar prefixes and it spawned with both? The highest is 105%

How many prefixes, sufixes there is on a rare weapon? 2 prefixes, 2 sufixes?



Also for that same weapon, how did it spawn 20IAS? Isin't 20 IAS ilvl 25?

Most rare items can have 3 prefix and 3 suffix... Rare jewels can only get 4 affixes though.

Here is an affix list. Take the number in brackets and multiply it by 0.75, dropping any resulting decimals, that is the lvl req.

Shouldn't be possible to have that on a sub level 18 items?

Take the number in brackets and multiply it by 0.75, that is the lvl req of the item with that mod

that is an automod not an affix
