Nowhere does it say if the items that are crafted have a minimum lvl requirement to use. I’m hoping you just misunderstood my question and not just a dick

It kinda does though if you think about it even a little bit

Rlvl = rlvl highest affix + num mods ×3 + 10

So with 1 mod with a rlvl of 1 the min lvlreq would be 14.

This is probably useful for you, albeit more aimed at lvl30-49 where crafts are not uncommon. Lvl18 might have gloves or belts (for a budget caster) but thats about it.
