What is the best jewels for this? Magical or rares?

An ethereal ws has a base of 15-25. This means that a 15/20 would add 23 overall damage.

Could also do a min build with full 8 mins. Can be pretty beastly if you are mainly a charger, but for zeal i prefer going max route
