I may be wrong, please correct me if I am but I think it has nothing to do with your level it's the ilevel of the belt that determines it and the mods that come with it. I buy light belts from charsi in normal to do it.

ilvl of the item and the clvl matter. Theres a formula but was hoping someone had the answer saved so i dont have to go through calculating against all the affix levels

Think I bought the belts on a lvl 22 from charsi in NM. I remade the game till town exit was right next to her for quick refresh of her stock. I however do not remember the lvl I crafted on. But I feel it was lvl 34 or some shit. Idk this was a piss in the wind lol

lvl 18 crafts can have 1 minor automod maximum. and all of the automods that can spawn with it are piddly.

x = 5

so the highest required level mod u can have is rlvl 5. browse arreat summit and you'll be looking for iLvl 7 and below mods. choose 1, max.

OR you can get 2 iLvl 1 mods. (1 + 10 + 6). but these mods aren't really anything to write home about. (edit: (2) iLvl 3 or below mods)

In any case you want to have a low level crafter buying low level light belts from norm charsi. you want as low of ilvl on both to maximize chance to get 2 iLvl 1 mods, but even a lvl 1 has a pretty good chance of rolling iLvl 7 mods afaik.

I crafted a 10 fcr/10 fhr belt years ago. I think I used a LVL 14 or 15 to buy and craft on. Norm charsi to buy. Send me a compilation of your belt roll pics.

possible 1 mod belts:

10 life (iLvl 7)
10 fhr (iLvl 5)

possible 2 mod:
5 life / 5 mana (iLvl 1)

likely the best automods.

OR you can ditch 5life/mana for a minor res amount (5% max), or you can swap out both and get a 10% res stack as your only mod.

10 fhr is the best mod imo. Dont settle for less

The best belt I crafted was for an 18 Libby I used to own.

all of those on the right are fails; this is the only 10 fcr belt i managed to craft and its not even that great >_<
