lvl 37 dueling isnt a thing, on a lvl 39 this is charsi. on a lvl 48 this is super charsi.

too low ed, not eth-rep, light dmg is bad, not 2 os, wrong base, and no max dmg.

also fools is worse than 450% ed. so its really just not good in any way, sorry.
