lvl 11 sacri is max

but what about % ed & ar on it? & can it go higher ed if it doesnt have ar

perfect stats are?

confirm. however... a rare scepter could potentially spawn and be incredible.

i have a rare 55ed/40ar/2os/lvl 9 sac scepter so i can only imagine a lvl 11 rare IS indeed possible. just very...VERY impossible.
