Hell rushed, all main quests you would get for any other lvl char. Other than that, read plenty of guides. Pick something you'll enjoy playing even if it's not going to be the best. Cheap and effective 30's are fb sorc and hdin pally. Charger can be made kinda cheap but will suck in alot of matchups without higher end gear options and swaps.
