you usually dont need that much mana on 30 windy compared to most other casters. Tele charges cost no mana and tornado etc has a pretty low mana cost along with druids rather slow fcr bps.
u can mix some life/mana with some life/res scs or plain 15 lifers work

ideal charms depends on the matchup
sometimes some extra frw is helpful like vs trappers or teams with trappers

This. But the tele staff is crucial to the build. You are going to have a rough time without it

I meant when you stomp sins its easier to escape while talking minimal dmg when u have some extra frw.
Also worth noting for 1v1 vs barb and shaper on eu u are not allowed to tele so in those matchups some frw scs is useful.

i tried druid with plain 15life scs and ran out of mana quite often when recasting wolves/oak. i'd say 500 mana is good to have

so 15life 12 mana scs, 15life 9 ress scs and 3frw 9ress scs would be best for lvl 30 windy?
