What is the highest max dmg+ enhanced damage jewel still under lvl30?

Typically people go for

2x shaels
2x 20ed 15max magic jewels
1x jewel with a combination of ed/max/dex that has -req.

The -req jewel allows you to str bug light plated boots. You can go with 3x 20/15s if easier to get and use natalyas boots.

Best rares would be something like 20ed 18max 9dex.

best socket for robo = Rune Dart jewels.

Would 18max/9dex/-15 > 20/9/9/-15?

So the question is whether 20ed or 9max is better on an ashwood?


Given 24max and 20ed 15max have identical average damage that would suggest 20ed is equal to 9max on an ashwood, i.e. those two jewels should have the same average damage.

would be 20-8min-9max-15 iirc

which is about +2/+3 total damage more then a 24 maxer (i.e. fantastic)
