you know that feeling when you have insight out and you try to charge but they're in hte dead zone and you get that slow ass swing that takes like 22 frames to complete before you can wep swap or recharge?

that's how i feel irl right now. its this odd mixture of abject sadness and pure unadulterated rage.

the phys/light hybrid makes it viable. pure light charger is only viable on ladder, it simply wont work on NL in 2019.

you could try a war scepter build with only light shock dmg and stronger FOH, but it's not as good as a phys/light charger with FOH, mine now runs FOH and its a lot better of a build.

well yeah...everything i do will be on ladder....just restarted after so long so staying norm until reset so just trying to get some good low lvl's and that build popped in my head

you could buy an NL viable dueler for just a bit more than what you have in FG. but starting on ladder is always a good idea too, up to you.

Basically your ladder build imo would be about as follows:

Pcrown w/ max/light dmg jewel
Vmagi w/ max/light dmg jewel
Sshroud w/ max/cold res jewel (for vs nados and blizzers)
Spirit shield, 65/121
War scepter honor w/ +3 hshock, medi, zeal, hshield all top notch secondary mods
spirit shield, 45 all res
War Scepter 3foh/3conv
Up'd B fists
String
Tearhaunch
soj
soj
ammy

55 str for war scepter, +10 from honor both sides, +5 str from charms or ammy.

Id probably take a divine honor with no skills over a war sceptre with skills on ladder. The physical damage will be too important. Guess its a trade off, damage vs the less life from inventory youre likely to have. Tricky compromise.

yeah the only builds you'd beat consistently would be something a crappy c/c charger would beat anyways, with low MDR, aka deaths/sigons/ik users that also dont wear vmagi/sshroud.

light dmg has such silly MDR bugging
