The number they list in brackets [ ] isn't the actual lvl required. It's 75% of that number. So if it says [40] then the actual lvl requirement is 30.

As a rule of thumb it usually works but not always.

If you google "Affixes for LoD-Items Patch 1.11" I find that link much more useful for affixes and level requirements.

Iirc the formula works perfectly for every single lld affix

I can only think of two that don't work that way and they're both higher level affixes

Ias is 39 with a rlvl of 31 is the one that always stands in my memory. Youre right though, i cant think of any others relevant for lld (other than perhaps some weird build a fruitcake like me or snipa would make). Some might be off by a level or two but not by enough to miss a bracket.

/e - this is pretty ingrained in my head. I had a slow few weeks at work once so I copied that database into excel to automate optimal crafting levels for a given selection of affixes and base.
