on a couple builds, yeah, not nearly on all.

Viable LLD boots are generally:

Hsarus, Spurs, Sigs, CK boots, Sanders, Gobs, really GG rare lvl 29s. Of those, Spurs, CKs and really GG rares are the only ones worth keeping, as the others are really common and not worth muling/trading.

CKs are definitely worth keeping, but they're not the best option for a lot of the common HC LLD builds, aside from level 13-18s and some 30ish casters.

what exact stats are required for gg rares?

20-30% FRW, 10% FHR, Dex, Tri res.

Can drop the dex and still be keepers.

Theyre good vs casters, but not really useful for LLD otherwise.

Most ppl use SoE belt like myself but as far as rares go id go for
24fhr/9str/xxEdef/50+life/20+mana/20+fr . I rarely see the use of crafted only sorcs really but even then soe is op and for crafted id go for 24fhr/10fcr/5rep/xxmana regen.

As for boots i usually rock ck. Ideally for crafted boots you want 10frw/10fhr/10liferep/plr . If rare id go for 30fhr/10fhr/5dex/tri res
