so i'm playing a libby and i'm using frosties as gloves for the mana pool increase. now frosties and my soj gives me mdr return on charge but the dmg still looks good.
my question here is : if i were to put a jewel that adds cold dmg in my armor ( the jewel im lookign at is a 7-18 dmg with 1-3 cold dmg on it) would the cold dmg from the jewel mdr bug me even more or would it make no difference since im using frosties?
in my conception of things it wouldn't change anything but id like to be sure before i bid on the jewel.
thx.

Effectively no difference since the colddmg is so little. In principle, though, the more cold dmg you'll have, the less it will reduce your physical dmg.

Just buy the jewel
If you're already using frosties it won't hurt

Charger is one of the builds that you can pretty much forget about mdr as they usually do absurd amounts of dmg. Insight has ele dmg on it too don't forget and is the stable of chargers. Libby although doing less charge dmg is the same way.

Also little tip about mdr. It goes per elemental type also. So 1-3cold + 2-4 fire + 1-10 lightning proc mdr each, separately lowering your dmg even more. So if you can't stay away from elemental dmg for some reason it's at least best to stack one type.
