I'm building a dueler and wanna know what the most active levels are these days.

I'd like to make an 18 but also am mindful i wanna find people to vs regularly so am happy to pick a more popular bracket.

Are most people dueling with lvl 30s?

30 is popular on ladder for now. But nl has better duelers and betters duels in general. But yes, east is where it's at.
