Min dmg mod far too low. Min dmg builds really need 8 min or maybe 7 if it has other great mods. Any less and you are better with max dmg.

Just a heads up, if this jewel came from norm Andy or act2 sewers, it is PRIME for rerolling into a jewel with better mods.
