Hi every one, I'm a fairly new to the competitive scene for lld30, but im still learning! Hope I can get some help or a source to guide me toward the right direction.

I'd like to know the maximum amount of psn for scs that can spawn for level 30 or under.

This can include mixed charms for example light dmg + psn dmg or any thing in between.

Also I didn't see that there was an amount set for psn dmg in lld, is there a cap? (I'm assuming not)

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

81 dmg dual mod, and i think for single mod its 25 dmg. no, there is no cap

generally stacking multple has dimishied returns. i can see one as anti-replife on about any melee char, but that's it. unless you go balls to the wall with a venom sin or rabies druid.
