ceremonial jav will not give a dex bonus like non amazon specific javs do. People usually prefer the non amazon specific javs for that reason I am not sure if the 2 skills makes that offset or not. Still learning alot about LLD maybe someone else can provide a more helpful response

Yes they do it is just at a lower ratio of str/dex.
