Fire
Prefix - 1 to 3
Suffix - 4 to 8

Cold
Prefix - 2 to 4
Suffix - 3 to 6

Lightning
Prefix - 1 to 11
Suffix - 1 to 18

Bear in mind, life is a suffix and max/ar is a prefix (depending on what adds you want on your sc along with ele dmg, if any)
