traditionally its a barb weapon, although you can make it work on a charger as well (i'd rather have honor or insight over hone though)

60 ias hits 4 frame ww on a yari, and 30 ias hits 6 frame, so your jewel choice wasnt optimal

might as well build 39, that's an existing bracket even though there are only a few.

but if you're dueling in that you'll have terrible frw and get kited easily.

Fend is not a good skill. It gets interrupted by block and all your dodges. And it has a nice bug where if you have your mouse button held down and you get it interrupted by block or dodge, everything misses until you let go of your left click and click again.

He's not actually going to duel with it so it doesn't really matter how bad the build is
