Sac scepter is popular at lvl 9 vlld melee. barbs and necros can be very strongk due to mastery and bone armor/amp respectively. no mana cost either.
Zeal scepter semi useful at lvl 18 melee, not nearly as effective as sac at lvl 9. More for fun builds
Tele staffs are common at lvl 30. Make sure you get one with 20 fcr and lvl 5 or 6 tele charges (mana and resists good additional affixes)
Frost nova seems useful but is gimmicky at best. Dunno where it would even spawn other than circlet or amulet tbh and it burns a valuable suffix place. Ctc frost nova is a more used option on like a shield or boots
inner sight gimmicky for melee at best. dont think there are any necro curse charges that could be used sub lvl 30 on a non-nec and even then prob useless.

Dame... So if I start playing europe I cant use tele staff ? Bumer.. Why does it mater on the lvl of tele charges ?

I was thainking about build a sommoner/inersight necro/Dru.. I saw a lld poly build and it had a low def.
A mld49 culd use a lower resist wond/staff
Does frost nova slow ppl in pvp ? Also does twister stun the persion gor .4 sec ?
