does tiger strike only apply if you're using a claw? or can you literally use any weapon and still benefit from the skill?

AFAIK it doesn't require claws, but claw mastery gives a % crit chance to claw attacks on top of the ed/ar.

what level are you thinking of building a tiger striker at? ATOMICMAN can help im sure with anything from 9-30, iirc he has a striker at every level bracket.
