High density monster areas in nightmare would be your best bet.

As for crafting, there is a guide in my profile that covers the more common crafts.

Best thing to do is get a character that hasn't done the quest have them join the game then have a character that has already beat the quest kill and get better jobs.

but are the spots in NM setup the same way the hell spots are.. IE hell pits is a lvl 85 area and considered one of the better spots to farm.. is the same true for NM? like is NM pit area level considered better then other spots

alvl 85 is ideal because a lot of endgame items only drop in alvl 85

for finding lld items you don't want high alvl. That's why you're in nightmare
For farming nm you just look for monster density, like cows/flayer/chaos/WSK/tombs
