So on my lld smiter I have 90% ias which means I should be hitting 6 frames or 4.16 attacks per second...

My question is should I change my armor from twitchthroe to Rattlecage?

I will then be making 7 frames or 3.57 attacks per second but id get an extra 25% cb.

1. Is that worth it?
2. Are there helms that give 15 ias for lvl 30s?

Change armor to vmagi, get 125fcr, restat to hammer, win duels.

Go for a 72 max 80life armor. At least then your charge might do some damage because, generally speaking, your smite will do very little.
