conc barb is probably going sigon trio of glove, belt, boots. duskdeep for helm unless rare jewelry, in which case might need sigon helm for the AR? since he needs 52 ias for 10 fpa with clegs, i'd go no twitch and shield would either go for sigons or a rare deflection/edef boneshield or towershield (i'd take the rare tower). if going with a rare weapon build, and needing the twitch ias it would open up other shield options similar to zealot. not using twitch, i'd say a rare or magic ancient would be best (65ed 40 life). i cannot remember if you can get socketed white armors, in which case theres an argument for a 15% sup 4 soc ancient with 4x pruby. for boots i'd pick rare greaves with as much def as you can get, but the easy option is cthons.
Only socketed armors are rares on classic unless old a5bugged (my 30 charger had a 4 pruby gp for instance) you can get socketed shield/helm tho.
