Str requirement: 31

17% Faster Hit Recovery.
39% Enhanced Defense.
Cold Resist: 20%
Lightning Resist: 7%
Magic Damaged reduced by 1.
Repairs 1 durability in 20 seconds.
Ethereal (Cannot be repaired).

Wrong forum for pcs and trading, perfectly ok to ask if something is useful.

Nearly all lld rare armor needs 2 sockets to be useful. Once you have 2 sockets you will want high life, fhr, good resists, and rep (if eth, non rep/eth is pretty much worthless) to allow it to beat either unique armor, plain jeweled armor, or artisans armor of squid.

In your case, no 2 sockets makes this pretty much junk.
