No idea how to price items for LLD but is it worth anything?

maybe 1-5 fg.

9 dex is perf and magic jewels are common.

why would someone offer 10fg for it though with another PM saying it's worth more than 10?

Someone offered you more than its worth then someone else thought it was the same. if you want to take 10, hold out for more, or w/e do that. Just letting you know its a 1 fg jewel on nonladder, if 5 for ladder is low then take 10. a difference of 5 fg isn't far off
