top one could sell but you want to roll a 17 medi insight before reset, its worth nothing as a shell on NL. not a terribly expensive item tho, fairly common on NL.

Not quite true. You can roll a memory in it and thats probably the more valuable runeword anyways for that staff. They go for ~150 or so on eu with those stats

i thought about memory but honestly wouldn't have guessed they go for that much. OP go that route for a quick buck, rolling insights is a pain in the ass

so better to sell it in ladder
