1. Why did you make a gif rather than just a photo. Next time make it a 5-element so we can get the sweet d2 music as well plz.

2. 20 ias out of 30 ias. 122 ed out of 165 ed. 0 max damage. So stats not great, but ok. Generally 200 max throw dmg is the breakpoint where value goes up, so 179/200 isn't that great.

3. Lightning damage means any thrower wont use it(MDR bug), as it doesnt have 30 ias that may already be a given. and throwers dont want eth/rep anyways, 10 mins between duels sucks. Maybe a thrower with peace and sojs could use this for their 1h side, i dont know the ias bps of that build.

4. if its on ladder sell asap, its worth a lot less on NL. maybe a 20-25 fg item on NL.
