Found a Superior Zwehander 15 ed 5 os very fast lvl 25. Thinking about making a ww barb what would be best runeword for this or thoughts on socketing. Maybe its trash? Do runewords have lvl requirements? Not too familiar with LLD. Thanks fo rhelp!

prior to 1.17 yes runewords did have level requirements, not now however.

the level requirement on runewords is borrowed from the highest requirement among the runes or the base.

The only thing that could raise the requirement higher would be oskills. I think runewords ignore the level requirement rules of skill charges

what about upgrading the base item or does that only apply to jools

You can't upgrade white items, but if you mean an upgraded rare/unique + rune yes it still follows the 5/7 rule. (I think it's 5/7 been a while)
