I would like to play LLD. I have a few questions:
- Where do most people play? -> prefers SCEU Ladder
- What lvl? 9/18/30/59 -> prefers 30
- Are there any PVP / TVT tournaments?

This is true.

Eu nl or east nl for 30s. I don’t know about Europe but east tvt happens a few times a week depending on the time. If you are up later, east seems to start rolling around 8-9pm central.

If you want to play Europe, go for NL. Ladder is a waste of time.

NL tvt is pretty common, although the one advantage east has is that they pretty much focus on 30s whereas on Europe we jump between 18s, 30s and MLD (although we try to be accommodative of what chars people have).

There are tours underway on East and Europe at the moment. Tvt tours dont really happen because they are a nightmare to arrange duels for.
