With the 30 tourney winding down and my shocker and conc barb relatively done im working on a few old projects, my 24s and 39s.

figured id make a thread to post builds in, discuss some gear, and see if anyone is interested in also building just so i can duel someone other than myself and someone on the chars im making lol.

So far (thanks in major part to franky) my plan is to build a 24 Nado druid, 24 Libby, 39 PnB nec, and 39 Libby.

I think its helpful to list items (uniques, sets, runewords, charms, jewels, etc) that are available at 24 but not at 18 and 39 but not 30. This helps a bit to see what builds might be possible or boosted from their lower bracket counterpart. Feel free to add any you can think if, im going straight off the dome.

I've always loved the thougt of level 24 dueling it would be interesting to see the evolution of builds Great idea brother

mages open up some cool FCR bps that are impossible at lvl 18, as well as tele staffs

i think it will be a cool bracket for a tele nado for sure

light sent, medi, holy shield, blizzard, and a few other cool skills become available here too!

Replenish life and fhr jewels should be posisble too if i recall at 39

true, and Dol rune too i suppose more generally for life rep lol

fhr jewels and replife jewels make a lot of bps possible though, thats badass. and nn skulls anymore!

the thing is, even lvl 18 bracket is dying on east, if you make lvl 24 or lvl 39 characters you would be dueling yourself

My first plan was to only build 1x of each lvl, then i realized that i would have literally zero opponents to duel lol. So im making two so i can at least give people access if i want to test duel.

But ya my hopes are really low for end result, if a few people each built some id be ecstatic!

If only cheeseeatah was around and never quit. He took some of the realms best 39 gear with him when he quit. Had waramps old 39 BVA which had a sick fools 30 ias naga and a sick circ. On top of that he had full mules of 3/xx/16-19s that he slowly collected to make some chars, and a LOT of random circs/ammys/eth-rep rare weps. And when he was rebuilding the BVA he spent a year or so buying reject melee hld jewels that were 39 or under, so he had a serious stockpile.

I will randomly be doing some mock writeups for some builds here and there and unloading them in this thread over the next day or so. Appreciate any input on any builds in advance!

there was a 39 necro on eu for years (timmy) and a 39 light sorc (Perz) and i had fawn (39). For a brief while there was also a 39 fb'er. The problem is that the game is simply too old. Your not going to find (m)any people that will long term invest in those brackets. Your best bet is making 2 characters at a bracket and having a friend pop on the 2nd char for duels. 39 bowa can kill HLD bowa, and i took great satisfaction doing so. harder at 30 since you need mass frw (which harmony grants). dont bother with a 39 barb, thats far too much effort vs little reward.
