barbs will only be allowed 1 hybrid weapon
paladin will be allowed a hybrid weapon or shield
they can both use eop and w/e hybrids but to make it more fair no dual grief barb
or paladin with exile and grief they would just stomp everything

I wonder how a poi nova necro would do. EoP makes their lack of mobility a non-issue. And with an extra skill slot on armor and white of strength poi nova base the dmg should be better.

Still likely a trashtier build but would be fun as hell given that the tourney is guaranteed to be 95% chargers/barbs
