RULES FOR 1VS1 lvl30
Tournament rules:
01. you can only use 1 char in the tournament
02. if someone forfeits before his first duel in the group stage, he can be replaced
03. if someone forfeits after his first duel in the group stage, the other duels will result in an autoloss
04. you cannot remake your char during the tour nor use a mule account for your char
05. 2 weeks time out for the group stage, 1 week timeout for the knockout stage
06. lag is not a valid excuse for restarting the duel, unless both parties agree
07. duels are ft5 in blood moor. if you cross a bridge, leave blood moor or hide in a house, you autolose
08. the char specific rules override the general rules if they should collide
09. the players (number depends on the tournament) with the most points in each group advance. the points are distributed as follows:
win 5-0 = 4 points
win 5-x (x in {1,2,3,4}) = 3 points
autowin = 3 points
lose 4-5 or 3-5 = 2 points
lose 1-5 or 2-5 = 1 point
lose 0-5 = 0 points

General rules:
10. no hacks/massive intentional bug abuse/rage/flame/spam/nk
11. no excessive defensive play (repl life, regen mana abuse)
12. no jumping (everyone says go before duel starts)
13. no precast (casting and going back to stash)
14. no recast bone/cyclone armor
15. no usage of any pots/slowing items/knockback items/life tab wands/tele-stuff (only dudu may use tele-stuff)
16. no more replenish life than 25 for non es chars, 15 for es sorcs (this includes auras)
17. no more than 75 max res (85 vs fb)
18. no more than 125 total cold res and no more than 150 total light res (this excludes anya)

Duel Arena:
25. No extensive use of houses allowed.
26. Duels will be ft5 in blood moore
27. Use of bridges is banned.
28. Leaving the Dueling Arena (bloodmore) during a duel is considered a single loss. NO EXCEPTIONS. (this includes being knocked into town, bad tele, dropping from game, running out of arrows etc. you can prepopulate the arena with arrows.)

Necro:
19. max 5 walls per screen
20. clay golem, decrepify, iron maide and bone prison are banned
21. recasting bone armor is not allowed

22. prayer is banned as synergy and as active aura if you have more than 25 total rep life
23. insight is allowed if prayer isn't skilled
23a. 2Hand weapons are not allowed for charge

25. libbies/fohs may not use any dr vs barbs, assas and druids
26. libbies/fohs may not use more than 75 max res
27. passive vigor charge is banned vs barbs, necs and druids

29. javas may not use more than 150 frw

34. es sorcs may not use insight, non es sorcs may use insight
