Rules:
1. No towning, except for quests and hostiles
2. NO SHOPPING EVER FOR ANY REASON. you must use what you find.
3. Characters must be new, and clean.
4. No parties, unless specified otherwise.
5. trading is fine
6. Potions in duels are fine (both mana and health), you found them you deserve them.
7. No wells during duels, dps is too low and well spawns are too often.
8. Duels can take place anywhere. You fight each other as you find each other. You are free to run, if you do not think you can win, but if you use a well while being chased you are immediately DQ.
9. Game continues until there is one sole survivor, or until Andarial is killed. At that point everyone returns to town and has a massive FFA in the blood moor, last standing wins!
10. Maphack isn't allowed

1st place gets 50 fg
2nd place gets 20 fg
3rd place gets 10fg.

you'd need 2x mdr gears to stop psychic hammer with bone armor alone
tho its true you'd probably win after half an hour because it is more mana efficient

ps the rules for ironmans are:


no prayer, no psychic hammer, no bone armor recast
dueling is either "no running allowed, regen is allowed, no knockback skills allowed (boulder, talon, bash, smite)
or "running is allowed, regen is not" which is normally followed by "poison javelin is banned"
rakinishu dragging is banned
you are banned from hosting ironmans, because you do not have linny's approval

most of the stuff you are complaining about doenst apply to an ironman when you play with the gear you find, beause shit doesnt get as op at that level. characters rarely get past lvl 15. so there isnt the massive imbalance that you are complaining about
