Since its superior I cant use cube to socket it, right?

And once it has the sockets - what is the highest possible ED/MAX rolls on jewels with maximum level req 30? Would this be a viable LLD Charger lvl 30 weapon?!

no you can't cube it.

perfect magic ed/max jewel lvl 30 and under is 20%/15max
perfect rare ed/min/max lvl 30 and under is 20%/8min/18max

with 4x perfect rares you are looking @ 137-241
with 4x perfect magic you are looking @ 102-229

I would rather search for a rare eth hammer with self repair than to use such high end jewels in a white.

for reference, an eth honor naga in a 15% super base like your hammer is: 75-194, with +1 skills and 10 str
this is just below the 4x perfect magic jewels in your hammer for a fraction of the price.
edit: hammer has rangedder of 0, naga has rangeadder of 2
