one of the most fun lvl 30 builds i ever tried was the lvl 30 BVE (barb vs everyone)

a versitile tanky and very fast chunk of low IQ barbarian wielding an Insight.

Leap Attack as secondary
Whirlwind as primary

Biggest weakness is no shield, so cheesers are an issue sometimes .
able to outrun guided arrows, but if caught by a good bowa, its night night.

besides those, its quite fun chasing down pretty much everything else that moves with many duels ending when stamina breaks (just not your stamina )

perks of the build:
high life and mana
high critical strike rate from two different sources
high run/walk rate
relatively cheap low IQ gear (no GG jools needed)

a basic starter pack would consist of:
Insight Partizon
Peasant Crown
Myth +Death Sash or Spirit Shroud + different belt (stealth also works)
Bloodfist
two x bo sticks (spirit swords work fine)
Sanders Boot
+1 all skill amulet
SoJ x2 is ideal, but if poor manald heal works just fine or other ring with stats

lots of one point wonders in this low IQ build
one point into:
increase stamina --> increased speed
iron skin --> natural resists
leap--> leap attack --> and everything to get to whirlwind
shout --> battle command

spendind max allowed points into Battle Orders and Polearm Mastery
however, if you want to max increases apeed (7 points) and toss rest into pole mastery, that works too, both have diminished returns.

charms are simple.

mix and match the following :
.frw scs, life charms, max/ar charms. (no resist charms needed)

build is low IQ, just like you , so it suits you just fine, build it up and have a blast.

build really shines in 4v4 battles as he elevates his team to new heights.

gogo.
