Whenever I have the presence of mind I check on lower level rolls. I never gotten into low level dueling myself however.

I got this rare wrist blade with 2os 18 lvl req

20 ias
45% enchanted damage
19 Max damage
Ignore target's defence
Adds 1-62 lightning damage

Any good? Is eth rep required?
